Rule ID	Error Message
VRBL-INV-AT-B2G-UBL-1p0-2	The value of the Seller Party ID Scheme ID must be contained in ISO 6523 ICD [VRBL-CL-ISO-6523-ICD] or be contained in SEPA code [VRBL-CL-SEPA] or be contained in Party Identification Scheme ID (Austria extension) [VRBL-CL-AT-PartyIdentificationSchemeID-Extension] (prefixed by 'VRBL:AT:').
VRBL-INV-PEPPOL-RS-74	If the Seller Party ID is marked as a GLN, it must be 13 digits.
VRBL-INV-PEPPOL-RS-75	If the Seller Party ID is marked as a GLN, its 13th digit must be the correct checksum of the other 12 digits according to the GS1 check digit calculation.
