Description
A number by which the base amount is multiplied to calculate the actual amount of this allowance or charge.
The percentage that may be used, in conjunction with the document level charge base amount, to calculate the document level charge amount.
In Peppol BIS Billing 3.0, charge percentage MUST be provided when charge base amount is provided.
