Description
The identification of the identification scheme.
The scheme identifier shall be chosen from a list to be maintained by the Connecting Europe Facility.
In Germany is is allowed to send B2B invoices via SMTP. It it is not recommended to use email addresses as electronic address (endpoint id) in Peppol BIS billing. In case it is still required VRBL allows you to use the scheme identifier VRBL:DE:EM.
