Rule ID	Error Message
VRBL-INV-DE-XR-28	The value of the Seller Party ID Scheme ID must be contained in DIGA [VRBL-CL-DIGA-CODE] or be contained in ISO 6523 ICD [VRBL-CL-ISO-6523-ICD-CODE] or be contained in SEPA [VRBL-CL-ISO-6523-ICD-EXT-CODES-SEPA].
VRBL-INV-PEPPOL-RS-74	If the Seller Party ID is marked as a GLN, it must be 13 digits.
VRBL-INV-PEPPOL-RS-75	If the Seller Party ID is marked as a GLN, its 13th digit must be the correct checksum of the other 12 digits according to the GS1 check digit calculation.
