Rule ID	Error Message
VRBL-INV-DK-OIOUBL-2p0-2	The Document Note Language ID is mandatory when more than one Invoice Note is present.
VRBL-INV-DK-OIOUBL-2p0-4	There must only be one Invoice Note for every Document Note Language ID.
VRBL-INV-EN16931-M-127	The Invoice Note must be coded using UNCL4451
