Rules

Rule ID	Error Message
VRBL-INV-HR-CIUS-1p0-74	The Tax Point Date must be equal to or later than 1900-01-01.
VRBL-INV-HR-CIUS-1p0-75	The Tax Point Date must be equal to or earlier than 2099-12-31.
VRBL-INV-CORE-59	The Tax Point Date must follow the format YYYY-MM-DD.
