VRBL-INV-IT-1p2-92	The Buyer City must exist within the Buyer Party.
VRBL-INV-IT-1p2-93	The Buyer Postal Zone must exist within the Buyer Party.
VRBL-INV-IT-1p2-95	The Buyer Country Code must exist within the Buyer Party.
VRBL-INV-IT-1p2-96	Either the Buyer Tax ID used as VAT ID or a Buyer Party Identification with Buyer Party ID Scheme ID equal to '0210' must be provided within Buyer Party.
VRBL-INV-CORE-149	The Buyer Party expects a maximum of one Buyer Party Name.
