Description

Identifies the Buyer's electronic address to which the invoice is delivered.

Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 requires the usage of a Peppol ID as electronic address. The Peppol ID identifies the buyer's electronic address to which the invoice is delivered. It is a combination of a unique ID, for example the VAT registration number and a scheme identifer. The Scheme Identifier attribute must contain a code from the CEF EAS code list

VRBL-INV-PEPPOL-RS-80	If the Buyer Electronic Address is marked as a GLN, it must be 13 digits.
VRBL-INV-PEPPOL-RS-81	If the Buyer Electronic Address is marked as a GLN, its 13th digit must be the correct checksum of the other 12 digits according to the GS1 check digit calculation.
VRBL-INV-EN16931-M-8	The Buyer Electronic Address Scheme ID must exist within the Buyer Electronic Address.
VRBL-INV-CORE-154	The Buyer Electronic Address Scheme ID must exist within the Buyer Electronic Address.
