Description
The time, assigned by the sender, at which this document was issued.
The time of day when an invoice was issued.
The MyInvois portal requires the invoice issue time to be provided in UTC. To indicate UTC add a final Z to the indicated time. If the provided time doesn't specify the UTC indicator, the system will add the indicator automatically.
