A phone number for the contact point.

For MyInvois MY, it is required to provide the party contact phone number.

Standard Requirements:
For a phone number to be valid, it must meet the following criteria:

  • Length: Between 8 and 20 characters.
  • Format: Only numeric digits are permitted.
  • Prefix: An optional plus symbol (+) is allowed only at the beginning.
  • Restrictions: No spaces or special characters are permitted within the string.

Automated Formatting:
To assist with these requirements, the system will automatically clean telephone numbers during the conversion from VRBL to the Malaysian format. The following characters will be removed:

  • Spaces " "
  • Hyphens "-"
  • Slashes "/"
  • Parentheses "(" and ")"

VRBL-INV-MY-1p0-128 The allowed maximum number of characters for the Buyer Contact Telephone Number is 20.
VRBL-INV-MY-1p0-138 The Buyer Contact Telephone Number can only contain the international prefix "+" at the beginning.
VRBL-INV-MY-1p0-139 The Buyer Contact Telephone Number must consist of an (optional) international prefix "+", followed by digits. No other characters should be provided.
