Rules

Rule ID	Error Message
VRBL-INV-RS-1p0-12	The Buyer Tax ID must be sent. If the Buyer Tax Scheme Code is VAT, it can contain: the Serbian TIN preceeded by the prefix RS, or the JMBG.
VRBL-INV-RS-1p0-13	The Buyer Name and Buyer Legal Registration ID must be provided. The Buyer Legal Registration ID must to be 8 digits.
