Description

An identifier of the Buyer. If the scheme identifier is not used than the ID is the buyer number provided by the seller

For ZATCA SA, used to provide additional party identifiers, such as the (not-VAT) Tax Identification Number, the MOMRAH license, MHRSD license and others. Set corresponding scheme identifiers acordingly.
