Rules

Rule ID	Error Message
VRBL-APR-FR-1p0-8	For outbound messages, the Response Code must exist within the Response Group.
VRBL-APR-FR-1p0-9	For outbound messages, if the Response Code is 210 or if the Response Code is 212 and the Routing Details Forward Duplicate Indicator is true, the Effective Date must exist within the Response Group.
VRBL-APR-FR-1p0-32	For outbound messages, if the Response Code is 210 or if the Response Code is 212 and the Routing Details Forward Duplicate Indicator is true, the Effective Time must exist within the Response Group.
VRBL-APR-FR-1p0-18	For outbound messages, when the Response Code is 212, a Status Extension Additional Status Property containing Status Extension Additional Status Property Amount and Status Extension Additional Status Property Percent where Status Extension Additional Status Property Function Code is VRBL:FR:MEN must exist within Response Group.
VRBL-APR-FR-1p0-19	For outbound messages, for the given Response Code, the Status Reason Code must exist within the Response Group.
VRBL-APR-FR-1p0-33	For outbound messages, when Response Code is 'VRBL:FR:208' or 'VRBL:FR:210', the Status Extension Note must exist within the Response Group.
