Rule ID	Error Message
VRBL-INV-PH-1p0-42	The Buyer Country Code must exist within the Buyer Postal Address.
VRBL-INV-PH-1p0-41	When the Invoice Subtype Code is CAS and the buyer is established in the Philippines, the Buyer Address Line 3 must exist within the Buyer Postal Address.
