Description

An identifier of the Buyer. If the scheme identifier is not used than the ID is the buyer number provided by the seller

In Serbia the JBKJS code of users of public funds or a buyer identifier. For users of public funds, the scheme identifer is not specified otherwise use a corresponding scheme identifier.

Rule ID	Error Message
VRBL-INV-RS-1p0-11	When the Seller is Serbian, and the Buyer Party ID is sent, then it must starting with "JBKJS:" followed by the five digits.
